Beach Abode

By far one of our most loved projects is this contemporary Hamptons-style home, which was transformed from a dated Spanish villa into a luxury beachside abode.

Contemporary and elegant, we worked closely with the design team to achieve the look outlined in the visual mood board for both the internal and external of the property.  

With a backyard that leads to open ocean, we stripped the home back to its bare bones, to replace it with an acrylic texture suited to the harsh environmental surrounds. We used traditional hard-set plaster internally for a solid luxury feel, and finished off with a fresh coat of paint, inside and out.

All the timber was sprayed and all the external timber was oiled. We also used specialised marine-grade paint on specific areas such as iron gates and ballastrading for a superb finish and to withstand the elements.

The property is an outstanding example of how the simplest products combined with skilful technique create a stunningly elegant result! Another award-winner for our clients.
