Creating a space that evokes the feel of classic galleries and contemporary museums, this project set the benchmark for complexity.  

The client was seeking an aggressively distressed backdrop to C&Ms refined clothing designs. Simple, you say? The sampling process included numerous video streaming calls between Sydney and Perth, to ensure accurate in-situ sampling and finish approval.

Finally, it took nine different materials to achieve this remarkable surface finish! And what a finish it turned out to be. With a base coat clay render and a combination of coloured marmorino plasters, lime wash and waxes, this project was certainly an adventure in experimentation and detail. A real work of art.
